Day 129 - Tuesday 11 September 2012
Adelaide
14.09.2012
We were up early this morning so that David could take the Navara to the Novus dealer for our second windscreen in two months. The replacement took an hour and a half so David walked up the road to the nearby shopping centre for a paper and a coffee. At $190 a windscreen replacement is actually a pretty cheap alternative to repairing stone chips at $80 each.
Back at the caravan park we had an early lunch then headed for the local Woolies servo for diesel and the supermarket to restock the pantry after a couple of weeks without access to a decent supermarket. We also went to the local Bunnings and Mitre 10 Stores looking for a small heater as Di is beginning to feel the cold - 18 degrees today and 16 degrees forecast for tomorrow in Adelaide - but without any luck as they think that winter is over.
No photos today.
