While we had a little rain overnight today's forecast is mainly sunny with a temperature of 12 to 21 degrees.
Today we had a lunch engagement at the Loose Goose Restaurant at Twin Waters, which is on the northern side of the Maroochy River. We were catching up with Dale and Suzie who live at Marcus Beach, just south of Noosa; and Rob and Donna from Hobart who are holidaying at Alexandra Headland near Mooloolaba. Twin Waters was something of a convenient mid-point. We had an excellent lunch and it was great that we could all catch up again.

Back at Dicky Beach we decided that a drink at the Surf Club was called for - for Frosty's benefit it is now our Club! Over a drink or two we whiled away a few hours with a couple of 10 game Keno tickets and a punt on the pokies. Needless to say we did not win our fortune - maybe next time.
