Wilcannia to Bourke

Wednesday 31 May 2017

Another fine day with a cool south-westerly breeze.

Prior to leaving Wilcannia we back-tracked to the BP servo for fuel at $1.339, which is still cheaper the Hobart - go figure!

Today's trip was the longest so far at 419 km. First stop was at the Bulla Park Rest Area for a morning coffee, followed by a stop for fuel and papers at Cobar, followed by another break at a truck stop about 80 km south of Bourke.

We arrived at the Kidman Camp at Bourke where we checked in for 2 nights. We ended up on a large drive through grassy site.
